Welcome to the CERT website. The Community Emergency Response Team. We are the South Western Allegheny County chapter of Pennsylvania. Based in Oakdale PA, we are about 20 miles west (and slightly south) of Pittsburgh PA. Bob Koleski is our team Director, Lea Lester is our Deputy Director. |
